This all-wood treehouse style villa is set in the foothills of Kamchay Mountain and is part of shared property featuring gorgeous elevated views of the Cambodian countryside.  The gated and fenced property has its own private parking and onsite caretaker.  It is important to note that this property is not suitable for disabled access.  The overall gradient is very steep and the buildings are built into the natural rock of the landscape, with multiple uneven exterior surfaces, steps and access areas.  

The ground floor features an open plan dining and entertainment area with large wooden table, chairs, preparation surface, sink and fridge.  Upstairs you will find the bedroom with king-size bed and jungle view.  The space extends through large wood and glass doors onto a relaxing net appointed with pillows overhanging the ground floor. The open-sided bathroom is independent of the bedroom and features a massage shower, toilet and single sink.

There is also shared access to a large infinity style swimming pool built into the rocky mountain with shallow and deep end, adjacent sunken seating area with wooden seating, pool loungers and umbrellas.
