This villa is set in the foothills of Kamchay Mountain and is part of shared property featuring gorgeous elevated views of the Cambodian countryside. The gated and fenced property has its own private parking and onsite caretaker. It is important to note that this property is not suitable for disabled access. The overall gradient is very steep and the buildings are built into the natural rock of the landscape, with multiple uneven exterior surfaces, steps and access areas.
The one-bedroom villa features twin single beds, large windows and ensuite bathroom. An open plan kitchenette with fridge, sink, surface preparation area and kitchen island with chairs leads into the living room with two-seater sofa, reading lamp and chair. The exterior features a wooden terrace with jungle views.
There is also shared access to a large infinity style swimming pool built into the rocky mountain with shallow and deep end, adjacent sunken seating area with wooden seating, pool loungers and umbrellas.
